Do you want to practise yoga in a convivial atmosphere while benefiting from the positive energy of other motivated yogis ?

Whether you are a beginner, an occasional practitioner or already an experienced yogi, you are welcome to join our group classes in Lagos !

No matter how old you are, your morphology or your physical condition, you will make progress in the congenial atmosphere of our studio.

In small groups of a maximum of ten people, the classes take place in a friendly and welcoming environment where the uniqueness of each person is respected.

Our yoga studio in Lagos

A stone’s throw away from the centre of Lagos, Le Dôme welcomes you to its spacious, serene and luminous yoga studio.

The practice room is equipped with mats, bolsters, bricks, straps and meditation cushions, and the changing room is adjacent to the studio.

Practise yoga in a congenial atmosphere where your limits are respected

The yoga classes at Le Dôme are adapted to the needs of each participant.

Your possibilities and needs will differ according to whether you are a senior or an adolescent, a beginner or an experienced practitioner.

The classes and the indications given by the instructor are adapted to suit the requirements and levels of all of the participants.

If you have back problems, suffer from chronic knee pain or if you are stressed or tired, do not hesitate to let us know !

The programme of each class takes into account how everybody is feeling that day.

Maybe you are just beginning your discovery of yoga. Your qualified instructor will guide and correct you every step of the way.

If you already have an advanced level of yoga practice, we can suggest variations that will enable you to explore the asanas in greater depth while taking into account your capacities and your physical condition of the moment !

Reconnect body and mind in the present moment

Alignment, respiration, relaxation… Yoga is not only about postures. Their practice is always associated with exercises in breath control, always carried out with the utmost respect for your limits and capacities. As the session progresses, you will feel your physical tensions releasing, your body becoming more relaxed and you will feel stronger.

This combination of postural and respiratory work reconnects body and mind, transforming each class into a special moment firmly anchored in the present. As you concentrate on your sensations, you will gradually experience a sensation of release and relaxation and your body will feel full of vitality...

Vinyasa Yoga

Le Dôme offers vinyasa yoga classes based on the energising practice of a sequence of asanas (postures).
This invigorating style of yoga is accessible to everyone : all classes are taught with the utmost respect for the physical possibilities and limits of each participant.

You will be guided step by step throughout the session to help you achieve the correct positioning for each of the postures.

Hatha Yoga Lagos

Join us all year round for a hatha yoga practice open to everyone, whatever your age, body size or physical condition. Beginners and experienced yogis are welcome.
You will be guided in each posture, gain flexibility, concentration, tone... and take the time to breathe!

Yin Yoga Lagos

During the Yin yoga classes that we teach in our studio in Lagos, Algarve, you will experience the postures with a practice that is at once measured and intensive. The protracted stretching that characterises this style of yoga relieves tension but all the while, the body is working intensely and profoundly. The slower rhythm of these classes compared to dynamic yoga makes them more conducive to introspection.
